DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION TO ORDER Weekly Fresh Meals?

No subscription or automatic re-ordering for this program. You simply have to create an online food shop account and start ordering!

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO PLACE ORDERS ONLINE?

Placing orders online is the best method (available 24/7) however if you would like to be added to our CALL LIST as an alternative ordering option please reach out (902 832 5213) to get signed up! Orders will be confirmed via email.

WHEN CAN I HAVE MY FRESH MEALS DELIVERED/PICKED UP?

Our Fresh Meals are made to order (pre-order required) and delivery/pick up will be available for Tuesday's & Wednesdays.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE WEEKLY MENU'S?

Our fresh meal menus are posted on our food shop website every Friday. In addition, if you received a fresh meal the week before you will receive a printed copy of the following week's menus in your box!

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY Weekly Fresh Meal ORDER BY?

Our ordering cut off for the following week is Thursday @ midnight for the following week delivery/pick up. When you place your order and head to the check out page the available dates will appear for your selection.

WHAT PACKAGING DOES MY FOOD COME IN?

Kitchen Door will make every effort to use eco friendly packaging including compostable and/or recyclables/reusable products. Most items will be packed in our brown sugarcane boxes with condiments and smaller items in recyclable/reusables plastic containers. All items will have a product label and will indicate any dietary accommodations (Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegetarian)

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?

Our Weekly Fresh Meal offerings are set menus and no modifications can be offered. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for our Food Allergies guidelines We offer a variety of items in our store that may accommodate dietary requirements

HOW MUCH DOES THE MEALS COST?

Our meals are priced by size, regardless of the ingredients and typically do not change week over week.

I'M ENTERTAINING - CAN I ORDER FOR MORE THAN 4 PORTIONS?

We can prepare our fresh meals for entertaining. When you place your order for the amount of people (4 portion x 4 orders = 16 portions total) just let us know you would like alike items packaged together (family style) option for easy serving and heating (we will put items that need to be heated in foil pans - for portions larger than 6).

ARE THERE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS?

All of our meals come fully cooked and ready to heat & serve. Our heating instructions are posted on our website and simple instructions will be on the product label.
