Heating Instructions

  • Thawing Instructions: Remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 12-24 hours, or transfer to a microwave safe dish and microwave on low power for 8-12 minutes. Once thawed enjoy within 48 hours.
  • Stovetop Preparation Instructions: Heat in a pot over medium heat, stirring frequently, Cook until a temperature of 155°F or until desired temperature is reached. Fish can be tricky so be careful to not over cook.
