Heating Instructions

Thawing Instructions: Cook from frozen.

Oven Instructions: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350F. Place fishcakes on a parchment lined baking sheet and heat for 25-30 min, or until an internal temp of 155F. These are fully cooked you are just heating to serve. Served with provided dip.
