Thawing Instructions: Cook from frozen.

Oven Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the Mac and Cheese bites on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until heated through. You are looking for an internal temperature of 155F.
