Heating Instructions

• Thawing Instructions: Remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 12-24 hours, or transfer to a microwave safe dish and microwave on low power for 8-12 minutes. Once thawed enjoy within 48 hours.
• Stovetop Preparation Instructions: Heat in a pot over medium heat, stirring frequently, Cook until a temperature of 155°F or until desired temperature is reached. 

Ingredients: Ground lamb, onions, celery, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, tomato, curry powder, spinach, coconut milk, oil, salt pepper.
