Heating Instructions

Thawing Instructions: Remove from the freezer and thaw in the refridgerator for 12-24 hours.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the foil container, uncovered and bake for 7-10 minutes until heated through. Flip the shrimp cakes halfway through. DO NOT OVERCOOK. 
Ingredients: Nova Scotia salt cod, Haddock, Potatoes, Onions, Celery, Garlic, Lemon, Eggs, Parsley, Breadcrumbs, Flour, Pepper.
